The first step was to learn more and build a better theoretical understanding, with a deeper knowledge comes a greater ability to put it into practice, and this led me to Sue's AEB course. Based on many years of personal experience, huge understanding and love for horses, it is the best possible place to begin. Incredibly interesting reading to do together with questions that challenge you to think differently and more deeply made me not only view horses differently but also re-evaluate all my own preconceptions and assumptions.
