MaisieSWhat did I learn from Assessment 1
I struggled with the Evolution section of the course, but so pleased I persevered. I never appreciated how much the horse has adapted in order to survive, and that those survival instincts are still ingrained within them to this day. I have learnt so much from this.

What did I learn from Assessment 2

I loved researching and writing about how horses socialise, interact and play. It has helped me to understand why horses behave as they do, that we need to meet their needs, and how much we need to be thinking like a horse.

I have now completed Assessments 1 and 2 of the AEB course and looking forward to the next Assessment. Working through the course to date I have learnt so much about how horses have adapted to survive through evolution, why they behave as they do, and how much we need to be thinking like a horse in order to understand and meet their needs. It has certainly helped me to understand Maisie better, and once completed, will be a useful tool in support of my Equine Healing and Massage Therapy business post Covid.
